1. Plans & Pricing

Path2Commit offers the following subscription plans:

  • Parent Account: Free. No charge for the parent account itself.
  • Student Athlete Seat: Priced per the current rate displayed in our Pricing page and during checkout. Current pricing is $12.00/month or $120.00/year per student athlete seat, billed through the parent account. Prices are subject to change with notice as described in Section 2.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select at checkout. Your subscription begins on the date your payment is successfully processed and renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled.

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price changes for existing subscriptions. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.

3. Auto-Renewal Disclosure

IMPORTANT: YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE.

By subscribing, you authorize Path2Commit to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fee until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings or by contacting us at support@path2commit.com.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service through that date.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the billing period unless required by applicable law.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with the Service, or accidental purchase. Path2Commit may, at its sole discretion, issue account credits in exceptional circumstances. Such credits are not a legal obligation and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at billing@path2commit.com within 30 days of the charge.

6. Failed Payments & Suspension

If your payment fails, we will attempt to recharge your payment method. If payment is not received within the grace period, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and your student athletes' access to the Service. You will receive email notifications regarding payment failures and the opportunity to update your payment method.

Fees accrued through the date of cancellation or suspension remain due and payable. If your account is reinstated after suspension, a reinstatement may require payment of any past-due amounts.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, excise, or similar taxes imposed on your subscription by any federal, state, or local taxing authority. Where required by law, Path2Commit will collect and remit applicable taxes. Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

8. Customer Data Ownership

You own all data you submit to the Service, including athlete profiles, school lists, communications, and uploaded content ("Your Data"). Path2Commit has a limited license to use Your Data solely as necessary to deliver the Service to you. We do not sell Your Data to third parties.

Upon cancellation or termination, you will have 30 days to export Your Data through the account settings. After this period, we may delete Your Data from our systems in accordance with our data retention policies.

9. Data Access After Termination

Following cancellation or termination, you will have a 30-day window to log in and export your data. We recommend downloading any important information before cancelling. After the 30-day window, your account and associated data may be permanently deleted.

10. Fees Due at Cancellation

All fees accrued through the cancellation date remain due and payable. By subscribing, you agree to pay all charges incurred prior to cancellation. Cancellation does not release you from liability for charges already incurred.

11. California Residents

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following specific consumer rights notice: The Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.
